Hi, I'm Andrés. I build AI-driven demand engines for GTM teams.
Trained in economics, teaching and writing, and hands-on with AI every day. Now I bring that to outbound, search visibility and content, and build the systems and agents behind them.

Facebook views in 28 days for Lemon Hill Aikido, my dojo
Oct 5 – Nov 1, 2026: up 949%, with 5,549 new follows. An AI agent runs the page day to day: reposting reels, moderating comments and sorting messages.
14 of 15
students who practiced on Homework Forge, the SAT app I built, raised their scores
+77 points on average from first diagnostic to latest SAT, best +200. The app holds 4,295 questions across 79 skills.
415
graduates tracked for Comp Sci High, a Bronx charter school
An alumni tracker built for the school's staff: where each graduate is, outreach status, last contact, and a map.
10
security flaws reported and confirmed in international bug-bounty programs
Through HackerOne, Bugcrowd, YesWeHack and others in 2026; 6 now have public CVE IDs. Found with a team of AI agents I run, each one checked before it was reported.
What I do for GTM teams
I work best as an embedded partner to marketing and go-to-market teams, not an agency handing over a deck. I plug into your team, learn your buyers, and run the outbound, search visibility and content that turn your positioning into pipeline.
Along the way, I build the AI-driven processes, systems and agents that let your team keep it running.
- Outbound and BDR outreach: conversations with the accounts that matter
- Answer Engine Optimization: getting found and cited by AI engines
- Content marketing: the fuel behind every GTM motion
- AI-driven systems: the workflows and agents that make it repeatable
How I like to work: clear briefs, honest metrics, short feedback loops, and documentation, so what I build keeps working after I leave.
See how we'd work togetherEducation and businesses I've built
I've taught for more than 20 years, and since 2018 I've built a small press, a dojo and a tutoring business, where growth meant earning trust one student, writer or member at a time. That's where I learned to explain things clearly, build repeatable processes, and turn interest into enrollment.
Teaching
- Math teacher in a New York City public high school, through the NYC Teaching Fellows, 2006–2011
- 900+ students taught since 2003. About 9 in 10 tracked students improved, and 42 have written testimonials.
Businesses
- Andres the Tutor: remote SAT, math, economics, GMAT and GRE tutoring, plus college essays, run independently since 2021.
- Homework Forge: an adaptive SAT practice platform I built, with 4,295 questions tagged to 79 skills and an AI helper.
- Toho Publishing: a small press I founded and led, 2018–2021. A literary journal, two chapbook series and the anthology The Best Short Stories of Philadelphia. More than 200 writers and artists published, with a 20-person editorial team.
Dojo
- Lemon Hill Aikido, Philadelphia: founder and chief instructor since 2019, 4th-degree black belt, training since 2008. I built its website, free-first-class booking, waivers and member portal myself.
What it taught me about GTM
- Explain it simply. Teaching complicated things in plain language is the same skill as content that earns attention.
- Build the system. Enrollment, onboarding and retention only scale when the process is documented and repeatable.
- Earn the conversation. Trust and relevance beat volume, in a dojo or in a cold email.
AI expertise and what I've built
I treat AI like any other part of the GTM stack: it has to earn its place by saving time or improving results. Agents handle research, monitoring and first drafts, while people keep ownership of accuracy, voice and anything customer-facing.
A preview of what I've built
- AI answer check
Asks ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini who they'd recommend in a category, then shows whether a company is named. The first step of a citation tracker.
Live: try it on the home page.
- Market map
96 accounts in one regulated market, ranked by what's at stake, with who decides at each. Built from public data. It's the account list a signal watcher would watch.
- Call-notes agent
Reads recorded call transcripts and files the key points and promises into each person's record, so nothing said on a call gets lost.
Running: since August 2026.
- Question library
The bank behind Homework Forge, every question tagged by skill. A buyer-question library is the same build, with buyer questions tagged by topic and stage.
Size: 4,295 questions across 79 skills.
- Score predictor
Predicts a test score from practice results and says how far off it can be.
Checked: against 52 real test results, with a median miss of 50 points.
How I approach AI work
- Start with the workflow, then decide where automation helps
- Keep a human checkpoint on anything customer-facing
- Protect your data and stay within your security requirements
- Document everything so your team owns it
Beyond the work
Originally from Argentina, fluent in Spanish. Published novelist and Pushcart Prize nominee.
Let's talk
Tell me what you sell, who you're trying to reach, and where pipeline or process is stuck. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
